Domain names and hosting are paid by the client directly to the provider. Prices are starting points; your final price depends on the number of pages and features, and is confirmed in writing before work begins.

Common questions
How long does a website take?
Most Starter Sites are ready in 2–3 weeks. Provider Sites and Complete Packages usually take 3–6 weeks, depending on how quickly we receive your content.
Do I need to write everything myself?
No. We write the website text with you, using your program information, and you approve everything before it goes live.
Can you update my current website?
Yes. We can redesign an existing site or make changes to it. Redesigns start at $800.
How do payments work?
Website packages are paid 50% to start and 50% at launch. Care plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
Will I own my website?
Yes. Your domain, content and website files belong to you.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Website packages
- Website packages are paid 50% to start and 50% at launch.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of paying your deposit and before any work begins, your deposit is refunded in full.
- Once design work begins, the deposit is non-refundable because it covers planning and design time.
- If you cancel after work begins, the final 50% is not charged. Work completed up to that point is yours to keep.
- The final payment is due before the website is published to your domain.
Monthly care plans
- Care plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
- Partial months are not refunded.
Add-ons and hourly work
- Logos, print materials, extra pages and hourly updates are billed for work completed and are non-refundable once delivered.
- Revisions beyond those included in your package are billed at $50/hour, with your approval first.

Terms of Service
Our services
Progressive Consultants LLC provides website design, development, updates and related branding services. The scope, price and timeline for each project are confirmed in a written quote before work begins.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, text, photos and logos, and confirm you have the right to use them.
- Review drafts and respond to requests in a timely way. Timelines depend on receiving your content.
- Do not send client names or protected health information to us through our website or email.
Ownership
Once paid in full, you own your website content and files, and your domain stays in your name. We may show your finished website in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting (such as Netlify) and payment processing (Stripe) are provided by other companies under their own terms. We are not responsible for their outages, price changes or policies.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We are not liable for lost business or indirect damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
Privacy Policy
Information we collect
- Information you enter in our website request form, such as your name, business name, email, phone and project details.
- Information you share when you call or email us.
- Payment details are entered on Stripe's secure page. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your request, prepare quotes, provide our services and send invoices or receipts.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. Form submissions are stored by our website host (Netlify), and payments are processed by Stripe, each under its own privacy policy.
Health information
Our website forms are not designed for health information. Please do not include client names, diagnoses or other protected health information.
